Privacy policy

In short: this website has no forms and asks for no data, sets no cookies and serves fonts and videos from its own hosting, with no embedded third-party services.

What data is processed when you visit

None that you give us. As with any website, the hosting server technically logs each connection (IP address, browser, page requested and time) to serve the pages and protect them from attacks and abuse. We don’t use it to identify you or for advertising.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Processor: the hosting provider (art. 28 GDPR): Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers), United States.
• Retention: as long as Cloudflare needs to provide and protect the service, and at most for the duration of our contract with them, under their data processing agreement.

Transfers outside the EEA: Cloudflare is based in the United States. The transfer relies on its participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, should that stop applying, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses included in that data processing agreement.

If you write to us

Emails you send to contacto@recreoinfinito.com pass through Cloudflare’s email forwarding service (Email Routing) and are forwarded to a Gmail mailbox, which in the European Economic Area is provided by Google Ireland Limited. If you write to us by email or on social media, we use your message only to reply (your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and keep it until your query is resolved and for 12 months at most; then we delete it. Each social network is responsible for its own platform.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@recreoinfinito.com. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. We don’t turn on any Cloudflare feature that sets cookies (bot protection, challenges or similar); bot protection is switched off. See the cookie policy.
