Expected delivery time. A person will check every video before we email it to you, and then we will delete your child’s details.
No photos of your child. Their details deleted on delivery.
We will only ask for their first name (and, if you like, their age). We will never ask for a photo, and we will delete their details as soon as we deliver your video.

Can I order now?

Will the character say exactly what I write?
Yes. When orders open we will use your text word for word: we won’t rewrite, shorten or “improve” it, so please check it carefully. We will only get in touch if it can’t be used (for example, if it’s too long), and then you decide what to change.
Do you need a photo of my child?
No, never. Your child doesn’t appear in Santa or Tooth Mouse videos: the character speaks to them.
What do you do with my child’s details?
Right now, none: this website collects no data. When orders open we will only ask for their first name (and, if you like, their age and how to pronounce it), use it only to make your video and delete it when we deliver it. See our privacy policy.
Is it made with AI?
Yes. Videos and voices are made with artificial intelligence tools. The videos we deliver will carry a visible label saying so; the samples on this website carry it on the stamp around them. A person will check every order before it is sent.
How long does it take?
Expected delivery is within 48 hours after payment, with express delivery within 24 hours expected at €4.90 extra. We will confirm it when orders open.
How do I pay?
You can’t pay for anything yet: we are not selling yet. When orders open, we will explain here how to pay.
Can I return it?
We are not selling yet. When orders open, as it will be personalised digital content, you will ask us to start straight away and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once we start (Spanish consumer law, art. 103 m TRLGDCU). If the video has a mistake on our side, such as a mispronounced name, you will have your legal guarantee rights and we will fix it.
